Annual Sports Day
Dehradun : The Sun Valley School successfully organised its Annual Sports Day on 14th December, 2025 with great enthusiasm, excitement, and vibrant participation. The event was graced by the esteemed dignitaries and dear parents.
The programme began with a balloon walk by the little angels of kindergarten, followed by an impressive March Past, where students showcased discipline and coordination.
A series of sporting events were conducted thereafter, in which students demonstrated remarkable talent, discipline, and sportsmanship. Boys and girls of four different houses namely Ashoka, Akbar, Kanishka and Maurya participated enthusiastically in races, relay events, tug-of-war, and various track activities.
Annual Sports Day : The delightful Yoga Dance performance by the tiny tots of LKG, UKG and musical PT by the children of class I captivated the audience. Energetic demonstrations of Drum PT, Karate, Yoga, and Aerobics highlighted the students’ vigour, enthusiasm, and team spirit. Spectators cheered the participants with thunderous applause throughout the event.
The Principal, Ms. Pooja Arora, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all guests, parents, teachers, and students.
Everyone present appreciated the students’ discipline, teamwork, and dedication and extended best wishes for their bright future.
The dignitaries present for the occasion were Mrs Pawan Wasu Director, Sun Valley School, Ms. Pooja Arora, Principal, Sun Valley School, Mrs, Sonu Kundra, Principal, Summer Valley School, Ms Parul Goyal, Summer Valley School and Mr. Prince, the Dean of Sports for the school.
